All rates shown are per person in specified category and are not negotiable.

Rates are valid and updated regularly but are subject to change until booked.

Rates include general taxes and service charge; however, some selected hotels in some cities might charge anywhere from USD $ 0.50 - 1.50 per person per night Tourism Tax. These taxes cannot be collected by Dream Brasil and must be paid locally at the check out.

Unless otherwise noted or you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category, all hotel rooms are standard twin beds rooms with private facilities.

Room upgrades are available at most hotels. Please inquire at the time of reservation.

If a hotel or apartment included in a program is not available at the time of the reservation, we will substitute it for another of similar category at no extra charge.

Check in time is 14:00 / 2 PM; check out time is 12:00 / 12 AM, unless a late night arrival/departure is included in the daily schedule.

Accomodations, itineraries, activities, meals and transport are as described in the programs. Anything else not mentioned is not included.

All rates are “From Prices” and correspond to the current season in the year.

All rates are per person and based on single occupancy, unless otherwise noted.

Itineraries are subject to change without notice based on weather, climate or other conditions beyond the outfitter's control.

All programs can be customized at extra charge to best suit your needs.

Rates are intended per person on the number of passengers using the service.

Services are shown on group (SIB = "Seat In Bus") basis. A group tour (Seat In Bus basis) means that the passenger will be taking the tour or service in a larger vehicle with other tourists.

Passengers with disabilities needing any form of assistance are required to notify Dream Brasil in writing at the time of reservation, and must be accompanied by another passenger responsible for providing those services.

All local personnel is not able to provide such assistance.

Extra fees to provide special transportation of disabled passengers will be charged at the time of reservation.

Unless otherwise noted the following is not included: meals, beverages, private transportation and entrance tickets; as well as laundry, personal expenses, phone calls and internet connection, passport and Visa fees, insurance, foreign port taxes, and all other services stated as optional or not explicitly stated as included.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents to enter in Brazil and must check with the respective consulate(s) or Visa agency to determine whether any Visas are required. For more details please check the Passport and Visa Informations page.

No refunds for unused package services or features, including missed transfers due to airline changes and/or missed flights, unused meals, missed sightseeing tours, unused entrance tickets, and unused accommodations.

Dream Brasil is not obliged to guarantee promises (written or verbal) made by local hotel staff, tour guides, or any other persons not under direct employ of Dream Brasil Viagens e Turismo Ltda.

Please check with your healthcare provider for up-to-date requirements. Required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by clients' health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate which the client must carry for proof of inoculation where required. Individuals with heart disease, chronic illness, severe physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness should not participate in these rigorous travel programs.

All exchange orders, coupons, and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which such means of transportation, accommodations, and other services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such documents shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions. Dream Brasil does not own nor operate the hotels, apartments, transportation companies, airlines, cruise lines, or any other service providers which compose the tours, and will not be held responsible for changes and/or cancellations by hotels, airlines, motor choaches or cruise ships.

Dream Brasil shall not be in any way liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the act of default of any company, or person engaged in conveying passengers, or of any hotel or apartment proprietor, personnel, servant or any other person otherwise in connection therewith.

Dream Brasil shall not be held responsible for potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations included in this web site, where injury, delay, or unanticipated events may occur. Dream Brasil shall not assume responsibility for standards of quality, hygiene, political stability, cuisine, sanitary facilities, cleanliness, telecommunications facilities, methods of conducting business, emergency medical evacuation, treatment, or medical services found in these destinations. Dream Brasil shall be held harmless from any and all liability in connection with the foregoing.

Dream Brasil cannot accept responsibility for loss or expense due to delay or changes in transportation schedule or other causes.

Dream Brasil shall have no responsibility beyond refund of payments from the tour passengers. The passengers waives any claim against Dream Brasil Viagens e Turismo Ltda. for any damage or loss of property, injury or death of person due to any act of negligence of any airline, transportation companies, hotels, apartment, auto rental company or any other persons rendering services and/or accommodations included in the air-land-water portion of the tour.

Enrollment and payment for the tour shall constitute agreement and acceptance by the passenger of the terms and conditions set forth.

We encourage all customers that wish to book any tour to make their reservations in advance in order for us to assure availability of the best guides. However we realize that this is not always possible, so our local offices usually have the ability to offer the same programs featured on our web site to you upon arrival - pending availability at time of request.

before a ticket can be issued customers will have to submit a non-refundable deposit of 50% of their total package price person within 30 days before their scheduled vacation. A reservation is not considered as ticketed unless all the forms have been received by our office in a timely matter during business days (monday - friday). Dream Brasil is not responsible for  missed ticketing deadlines and for price changes.
